Case Study: Top Women in EV

Client and challenge:

Top Women in EV, a global campaign recognising and celebrating women driving the electric vehicle (EV) revolution, sought to increase its visibility, engagement, and impact. They needed support in developing visuals, onboarding partners, coordinating events, and amplifying the campaign’s message across online and offline channels.  

My Role:

I serve as a key member of the Top Women in EV team, providing creative, logistical, and promotional support to ensure the campaign’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Identity & Design: I create all visual assets for the campaign, including designing eye-catching graphics that promote the campaign, highlight key messages, and celebrate the achievements of women in the EV industry.
  • Partner Onboarding & Promotion: I play a key role in supporting partners for the campaign, including:
    • Creating compelling presentations and marketing materials to attract potential sponsors.
    • Managing the onboarding process with partners, providing them with the necessary resources and support to maximise their participation.
    • Showcasing partner logos and contributions across campaign channels.
  • Event Coordination: I provide logistical and creative support for Top Women in EV events, including:
    • Venue liaison and event setup
    • Content creation for presentations and displays
    • On-site coordination and support

Results:

The Top Women in EV campaign has achieved significant success, demonstrating strong online engagement, successful partnerships, and impactful events:  

  • Impressive Online Engagement: The 2024 campaign generated an average of 85,000 impressions per day on LinkedIn and garnered 15,269 reactions, creating a significant buzz within the EV community.
  • Successful Partner Collaboration: The campaign secured 7 paid partners for the 2025 sector days, building on the success of previous partnerships with Octopus Electroverse, Auto Trader and Swarco Smart Charging.
  • Impactful Events: The campaign has hosted successful in-person events in collaboration with Tesla and LinkedIn, providing valuable networking and learning opportunities for women in the EV industry.
