Outside of work, I am really big into yoga and practice every morning. I also have a wonderful horse whose name is Pat the Pony whom I love going for long walks across fields with and escaping the hustle and bustle for a little while. I also love walking my dogs, listening to live music, attending my local jazz dance classes, cooking plant-based foods, painting with watercolours, and exploring different worlds through books (and sometimes writing short stories myself).
